I ride to do errands and to explore new places. I ride because driving in the city is a pain and also to reduce my environmental footprint and engage more with my community. Sometimes I ride to work, and sometimes I ride to stay strong, but most of all I ride for fun! Because nothing beats the breeze in your face and the satisfaction of traveling in a totally independent way, just you, your legs, and a set of wheels. In short, I ride because it brings me joy!

However, what does not bring me joy is things that are bland and monotone, in other words, all the biking and safety gear I was seeing around. I established Pedal Party as an antidote to drab riding gear, to make colorful, playful pieces that I'd want to wear and decorate my bike with.
